[BPS] Error when open layout and excel in parallel

workarounds:
1. If you want to edit Excel Layouts and Standalone Excel documents in parallel, it can be helpful to include the Standalone documents in a Word document or to open the document for example via a Citrix Server, because then the instances cannot interfere.
2. If you want to avoid the problems with Excel documents from the beginning, you can forbid the creation of Excel documents completely by executing report UPP_NO_EXCEL_DOCS. This has the effect that from then on it is not possible anymore to create documents of the MS Excel type in the system. However, you can still open existing documents. A second execution of the report undoes the change, that means reactivates the Excel documents.
